Cancellation/No-Show Policy:

I have a 12 hour cancellation policy. You will not be charged if you cancel 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.

Please cancel through text or email if you wish to cancel outside of business hours.

If given less than a 12 hour notification to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you will be charged 25% of the service(s) fee.

No-show or missed appointments will be charged the full price of the service(s).

I will require each client to have a credit card on file that will be charged in this instance.

I value your business and appreciate your cooperation with my cancellation/no-show policy.

Late Policy:

If you believe you will be more than 5 minutes late, I ask that you call or text the number provided on your confirmation email/text.

I understand situations arise that are out of your control, so I will do my best to accommodate the schedule accordingly and get you seen for your appointment.

If you are more than 8 minutes late for your appointment, you may need to reschedule.

Risk:

Please understand that any services scheduled with Kristy Michelle Aesthetics may carry a risk of injury. Recognize that as a result of these services, side effects may occur including, but not limited to, irritation of the skin and allergic reactions.

It is the clients responsibility to inform me of any new medication you are using prior to any service; even if we’ve done the service many times before.

Kristy Michelle Aesthetics is not engaged in diagnosing or treating medical diseases or conditions.

Per Kristy Michelle Aesthetics liability waiver signed by each client, any claim which might otherwise be brought against Kristy Michelle Aesthetics will be waived.
